Return And Refund policy
Our juices have a shelf life of less than 72hrs because it is natural without any preservatives or chemicals. Our products are made on order and produced daily, we do not accept any return.
Suvan Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to disallow any return in monetary manner to any user after payment for subscription/bundle/product has been made. No refund will be offered to any user who wishes to discontinue a subscription. However, the subscription can be transferred to a user residing in the same locality or same working or activity place.
Cancellation before shipment of Trial/Bundle/Cleanse Pack/Subscription Pack.

For cancellation of order(s), Suvan Foods and Beverages Pvt. Ltd. should be informed two days prior to the shipment scheduled. No cancellations will be entertained a day before the delivery of the pack/subscription. If you are eligible for cancellation, the order will be cancelled, and the amount will be refunded within 2-3 business day after the cancellation request.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and the customer cannot claim or ask for the change of address or refunded.
In case of subscription pack, once the order is initiated, it cannot be cancelled. The ongoing subscription and the amount won’t be refunded on the basis of the remaining.
If such a situation occurs, the customer can pause the order date(s) till they wish to resume the subscription (in such condition write to us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +919595125555)
How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?
In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within 2-3 business day after receiving the cancellation request.
For payment done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 2-3 Business day after receiving the cancellation request. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, at events and exhibitions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the refund amount against the billing details shared by you. This process will be completed within 2-3 business days of us receiving the cancellation request and your bank details on email (email@example.com). It will take an additional 2-3 business days for amount to reflect in your account.
